  • Cobra North Project - Namibia

    • SRK Consulting (UK) Limited (“SRK”) derived an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 15.6 Mt grading at 260 ppm U3O8 for a contained metal total of 9.0 Mlbs U3O8

    • Easily expandable

    • Over 3,700 meters of drilling

  • Khan West Project - Namibia

    • Ministry of Mines and Energy of Namibia has granted permission for nuclear fuels extraction to the active mining license (ML86) that hosts the past producing Khan Copper Mine and the recent discovery of high grade uranium intrusions.

    • Highest reported individual chemical assay of 8.47% U3O8

    • The average of the first 10 chemical assays was 1.33% U3O8

    • Seven (7) trenches (KM5STR001-KM5STR007) cut into D type SLG alaskite (same rock type of all Namibia economic uranium deposits)

    • Highest hand-held scintillometer reading of 15,000 counts per second (cps) and average of 9,600 cps

  • Bleasdell Project – Northern Saskatchewan

    • Historical resource of total 620,700 pound of U3O8  delineated through an extensive drill program in 1950

    • 148+ drill holes reaching depths of 22.9 to 149.4 meters (75 to 490 feet), totaling 3,738.6 meters (12,265.9 feet)

    • The Horn zone was outlined as 1,030 feet long and 25–30 feet wide, with assays up to 0.54% U₃O₈

  • Ghost Lake – Central mineral belt Newfoundland

    • 28,575 hectare highly prospective Uranium Project within a known mineralized trend

    • Contiguous to both Atha and Paladin and on trend with the Michelin Deposit (the largest uranium deposit in North America)

The proceeds of this raise will be used for general working capital.

  • Bolster the management team

  • Expand ownership at the Khan Project

  • Continue drilling at Khan

  • Expand the resource at Cobra

  • Based on results (we are currently waiting on results from the first program at Ghost) develop an exploration drilling campaign

  • Reactivate the permit at Bleasdell and begin to bring the historical resource to compliant standards

  • Begin to look for off-take partners, and or evaluate the mining plan at Khan
